We had triple room, and it was beautifully maintained and immaculate for shower & toilet.

the venue was wonderful small, i liked the stay and the location was magnificent adjacent to getsemani / cartagena, the wildlife in the trees there and the church and square.

Setting was perfect, I didn't want to say goodbye.

The staff I encountered were very helpful. I appreciated a nice size and well-equipped room with a flat-screen television and a kitchenette area.

Everything was great and the view was EXCEPTIONAL. Reasonably large and immaculate room - bed was extremely comfy. The staff were outstandingly accommodating, the breakfast was good with a wide range of food. The service was exceptional and the pool was nice. Cool drinks, good wifi were a nice surprise. The property was in the heart of the city.

The location was unbeatable, short walk to supermarket as well as bars and restaurants, in a colourful area. Getsemani district was definitely worth visiting.

I recently stayed at Casa Relax for a few days and it exceeded my expectations. The hotel is even more beautiful than the photos, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The pool and hammocks provided a relaxing oasis. The staff were sweet, helpful, and friendly. The daily breakfast was delicious, with a variety of fresh fruits, eggs, toast, and juices. The surrounding area is vibrant and full of interesting cafes and locals enjoying the streets.

I had a wonderful time exploring the vibrant neighborhood, where locals actually live and there was lots of character. The location was perfect for me, just 200 meters from the main square, providing easy access to everything in the area while still being quiet. The room was spacious with a fan and air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable stay. The breakfast served overlooking the pool area was delicious, with a variety of choices like eggs, fruit, crepes, and fresh fruit juice. I also enjoyed meeting other travelers at the communal table.

I did encounter a small issue with bugs in the room, but I understand that this is common due to the humid climate in the city.

The breakfasts at Casa Relax Hotel were excellent and the staff provided helpful service. We stayed in a quadruple room which had climate control and a personal safe. As picky eaters, we were pleased to be near a variety of good restaurant options. One restaurant we particularly enjoyed, Arrabal Gastrobar, was just a 5-minute walk away.

Staying at Casa Relax Hotel is always very comfortable. The hotel is safe and located in the heart of the city, with reasonably large rooms. The staff is superbly friendly and outstandingly accommodating. The central location is at a short distance from an imposing hilltop fortress, and the area is fairly quiet.

The room is reasonably priced. The hotel staff is SUPPER FRIENDLY and best. It is nestled in the heart of the town, feet from Bairro Getsemani. You could walk to a supermarket and stores.

Everything was ideal, excellent location adjacent to restaurants, cafes and pubs, comfortable experience. I've been here for 2 nights, the breakfast was overall delicious and excellent with home cooked crepes. The staff was very very helpful and thoughtful, I'm grateful for their help. Overall the service was excellent! The pool on the premises was excellent.

We got great value for our money at Casa Relax! The room was clean, spacious, and had excellent AC. The location was perfect, close to a lively square with delicious empanadas. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, especially with our 1-year old daughter.

The breakfast selection could be improved, maybe with some more variety or local dishes.
